Specific Requirements
1. Letter from the health service provider detailing the type of treatment and the estimated duration of the recovery phase.
2. A letter from the foreign applicant indicating that the costs of their treatment and stay in Colombia will be covered by themselves or by the supporting foreign entity, and in no case will the Colombian health system incur any costs.
3. Bank statements from the applicant or from the person supporting the visa application for the six (6) months prior to the visa application.
4. Health insurance policy: Both the patient and their companion must have a health insurance policy with coverage in the national territory for all risks, including accidents, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalization, death, or repatriation, for the duration of their stay in the country.
