1. Certificate of freedom and tradition of the property, exclusively in your name, with a minimum value equivalent to 350 Colombian minimum monthly wages (For 2026=$612.816.750 COP or around $153.200 USD*)
2. Communication issued by the Department of International Exchange of the
Banco de la República stating the registration of the foreign direct investment for the purchase of real estate in the name of the foreign visa applicant.
3. Personal bank statements from the three months prior to the visa application. Those statements must show that you have financial solvency to cover all your expenses in Colombia.
4. Health insurance policy that provides coverage in Colombia for risks
including: accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalization, death, and
repatriation, with at least one (1) year of validity.
